The North of Wilshire neighborhood of Beverly Hills is situated between Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards east of the Golden Triangle. Single family residences dominate the landscape south of Burton Way, with the exception of two pockets of higher density development located between La Cienega and San Vicente Blvds, and between Almont Drive and Robertson Blvd.

North of Burton Way is exclusively multi-family. Homeowners on the western side of the community are within walking distance of downtown Beverly Hills while those on the eastern edge are situated just south of Cedars-Sinai and the Beverly Center.
